At Van Schaik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with all original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
